Our orders are processed and delivered via An Post on business days; weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Shipping options
At HeyTresses, we offer different shipping options as follows:
- Standard non-tracked Shipping: This comes complimentary on our current products. It does not include a tracking number, signature or proof of delivery.
- Standard tracked Shipping: This comes with an additional shipping cost and offers secure delivery including a tracking number, signature on delivery; and in some cases may include insurance on the package.
- Express Shipping: This is similar to the standard tracked shipping but provides a faster delivery time than the standard tracked option . It is ideal for those “last-minute, I-need-it-yesterday” orders. It includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation. This option is not available to some destinations (see table below for reference).
- Premium Express Shipping: This is a “NEXT-DAY delivery” option available only to orders from Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Shipping Prices and Delivery Timeframe
There are differences in the price and delivery time frame for each of these shipping options relative to the different destinations as you will find in the table below.
Please note, the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and shipping may be slightly delayed on holidays and weekends.
We strive to get your package to you as fast as possible, however, due to the pandemic, you might see a delay in the typical delivery time even on weekdays.
Some orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple packages, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package.
Tracking your order
If you paid for the Standard tracked, Express or Premium shipping, you can track your order here. Leave 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for this information to reflect on the An Post system.
Delivery Destinations
We aim to deliver our products worldwide via An Post from Ireland.
It is important to note that due to the COVID pandemic, international flights from Ireland to specific destinations have been suspended. As a result, mail services from Ireland to these destinations have been on hold.

The number of days described in the table refers to business days (not including weekends or holidays).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you live in a city or area where packages are delivered to a nonsecure location or have been known to be compromised, please avail of the option for Tracked shipping with signature at checkout.
Please note that once you receive confirmation of shipment, your address can no longer be changed.
Also, note that any customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt or the product.
